We ask for 7 days notice, before the expected order due date, for all orders.
If you place an order less than 3 days prior to the delivery / pick-up due date, you will be charged a late fee. As for all orders, there will be a $35 "Last-minute order fee."
Customers will be charged for delivery services or given the option of free pick-up. We deliver to venues or the closest grocery/retail store to the residential address.(Pick-up location: Walgreens - 9669 Sawmill Pkwy, Powell, OH 43065)
As we strive to be on time, we expect the same from our customers. As for delivery / pick-up services, each party gets a 15 minute grace period from the set schedule delivery / pick-up time.
If either party is more than 15 minutes late, that party is required to pay $10. If either party is more than 20 minutes late, the party is required to pay $20. If a party so happens to be more than 25 minutes late, the party is required to pay $30 and reschedule the delivery / pick-up time, later in the day or next business day.
When you make a deposit or pay in full, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions!
2C's Bakery - Chelle's Creation's is an "Eggless" home bakery. If you or someone you love has a food sensitivity, 2C’s Bakery will try to accommodate it. We offer "Vegan" desserts but only by request! However, we are not a dedicated vegan/allergen-free bakery. As our bakery uses wheat, dairy, nuts and soy. 2C’s Bakery takes cross contamination as a top priority! Please address your food allergy(s) or sensitivity when contacting us.
Customers are required to pay in full or a 35% non-refundable deposit upon placing an order with the remaining balance due 2 days before the delivery / pick-up date.
After the order's details are finalized, a bakery contract will be written up. Once the contract has been signed by the client and bakery owner, the invoice will be sent out.
Method of payment; all orders will be subject with invoices. Please note that there is a 3.5% processing fee for all invoices. Only during bake sales, we accept Cash app and Venmo payments and do not accept checks for any payments!
